Adnan Abdel Aziz is an accomplished accounting and auditing professional with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Feasibility Studies from Cairo University. His career includes roles at prestigious firms such as KPMG and PwC, where he developed extensive expertise in auditing and financial management.
Since 2010, Abdel Aziz has served as the Head of Operational and Financial Internal Audit at Etisalat Egypt. In this role, he has been instrumental in strengthening financial integrity, ensuring compliance with stringent audit standards, and refining operational frameworks. His expertise spans financial, internal, external, and communications audits, contributing to the company’s efficiency and accountability. Under his leadership, the internal audit team at Etisalat Egypt achieved a key milestone by earning Quality Assurance certification, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. His focus on strong internal controls and risk management has been vital in safeguarding the company’s financial health and long-term resilience.
Beyond his professional career, Abdel Aziz is a dedicated member of the Board of Trustees for EmpowerHer Breast Cancer and Baheya Foundation, both committed to raising awareness and supporting breast cancer research and treatment.
